are we talking fruit juices here or like lady and man juices too?

I would personally send it back to the manufacter.

No, don't do that. That would take ages to get a replacement, just take it back to the store and let them send it back to the manafacturer.

Also I basically finished this the other day, main quest at least. It makes me crave more or at least some Pikmin action.

It's still got a battery, just with a happy dancing penis on top of it. Does the penis dance differently as the battery power drops?

Speaking of missed opportunities and Lesbians, I met this girl over the weekend through mutual friends. We hit it off, flirty, joking and stuff, people had left some went to get drinks so in the end we were the only two left at the table. I was getting some really good body language and feedback from this girl.

Then this swarm of lesbians (the butch-kind, not the hot kind) came over to our table, she seemed to know them. They were talking about lesbain stuff, you know gay bars (we only have one in our city, for both the males and females, supoosedly Sydney has a much larger gay community), celebrity lesbians (is Linsay Lohan a real lesbian or just someone doing it for attention? The unanimous answer was for the attention, but all of them stem would stick **** her) and whatnot. I sorta got completely ignored for 15 minutes.

They left to go to the singular gay bar. The girl asked if I wanted to go. "Nope, not really my scene!" Anyway she didn't go and decided to stay with my friends and I. Although after the lesbian swarm encounter I was convinced she was a lesbian, so I cooled off with my romantic attack. I couldn't convert a lesbian.

Today I learned she isn't a lesbian. She just went though a "lesbain phase" and still kept in contact with a lot of her lezzo chums. Darn.

Congrats DrewMG!

Also I don;t mind the NWR prefix, but why does it have to have the ugly underscore between the names? That's what annoys me most.

Datarock are awesome. I just bought Red a couple of weeks ago and Datarock Datarock was probably my most played album in 2005. This interview was basically just a major plug, the only answer that had any depth was the one about their new album, which I already have.

Oh well, it was completely surprising and pretty cool to see them make a feature here.

General Chat / Re: Video Killed the Radio Star : 30 years later
« on: August 30, 2009, 09:48:41 PM »
This thread is stupid.

I have around 15000 and only 5 or 6 of those are music video. Do you know why? Because I can't buy music videos. Also not every song gets turned into a video. Most of the bands I listen to maybe one or two make it to single with a video, and many of them never spawn a single.

Video Killed the Radio Star was about how the dominant household entertainment shifted from radio to television, not about music videos being the dominant way to listen to music. And I'd say it still rings true, I'd rather watch a music TV channel than turn on the radio. Who wouldn't?

Woke up this morning with a pair of ripped jeans, two massive bruises (one on my hip and one on my shoulder), two big grazes (knee and elbow), a swollen cheek and an awesome fedora. I have no idea how I came in possesion of anything of these things.

edit: oh right, I also had red lipstick around my belly button.  ???

I thought Nightfire was the best EA Bond game.

Definitely. It was probably the next best FPS on the system after TimeSplitters 2.

For deliveries.

One that I work at is a full dine-in & sit-down affair, though so the waitresses get tipped as well.

It depends on the setup in each store. A carry-out tip is relatively uncommon unless the customer really likes you.

I work at a Pizza Hut too (just a take-out delivery one), and even though we don't reguarly tip in Australia, I have received all sorts of tips & gifts from customers. Admittedly most have been from "regulars", but there have been times where I have been tipped from new customers.

On my birthday this year I received a wallet from this lady who always came in and talked to me. It was a pretty shitty wallett, so I feigned enjoyment. She sort of shuffled off pretty quickly after giving the present, which was odd, but after I went around back and checked inside the wallett I found out she had given me $70. I was shocked, flattered, but I tried to give it back. She said it was "for all the times I gave her discounts when I shouldn't have."

Not to mention a few years back when I used to work as a driver I delivered to some guys who had just won the lottery, they had about a $50 order and tipped me $500 and invited me back to their house after I finished to their party. Good times were had by all.

You didn't win though.
