Well I did ask you if it was okay, when I had sent in my request no votes had been cast. It couldn't possibly have affected anything in the game at that stage.

oh wow, my bad.

I edited my because my whole post was in bold, not just my vote. I changed it so the text wasn't bold too. It was for clearly superficial reasons and I'm stupid for not stating that in my edit.

VOTE KHUSH.

You have bungled this a couple of times before, how do I know you're not the EoE pulling all the strings?

Well I'm ready to throw a vote out there. VOTE VUDU.

He's far too quiet this game for my liking.

Greed and Evil aren't the same team. Greed is vying to defeat Pure and Evil wants the Courageous ones dead and vice versa. It makes sense that Greed and Evil work together in some form or another, but it isn't imperative.

Alright guys, if the Gangleader did INDEED block the EoE last night, then we're at endgame. Here's what'll need to happen in the next couple days.

1) Day 3: Gangleader needs to block Maxi. (His role promotes tonight and starts getting the hit. We block Maxi = we block the hit without having to vote him out to do it.)
2) Day 3: We vote out whoever the Gangleader blocked last night.
3) Day 4: Gangleader blocks Maxi again.
4) Day 4: We vote out the most suspicious person, hoping that person is the Puppet.
5) Day 5: If we're correct with our vote the previous night, we vote out Maxi, and Pure/Courageous wins! :D
6) Profit. No middle-step question marks required.

This got me excited, but unfortunately I remembered what I had read yesterday when trying to find out which role blocks abilities.

Quote from: RULZ
As a Reformed Gangleader, he can send his minions to block one role's ability.  To do so, he or she can send me a PM to tell me which ROLE will be blocked.  The reformed Gangleader wins if all of the evil is defeated.  This action occurs at night, and lasts throughout the proceeding day.

So if I am reading this correctly, the Gangleader doesn't know who the Embodiment of Evil is as a player, but was still able to target him. If that's true then it puts an end to your plan, but it does throw up a few interesting questions. If the gangleader doesn't know who the EoE is, then why block them? In a day's time if we don't vote out the EoE then the gangleader becomes the cultist and is aligned with evil so he has shot himself in the foot in a way.

So it's a possibility then?

That means it's also very possible it was an active player yesterday who is the Embodiment of Evil.

Perhaps the gangleader blocked the hit from the embodiment of evil? Or would we be notified of that?

edit: alright, GP, sorry I've gotta do this, but it was kind of suspicious, you voting alongside Maxi for Khush after it was shown that Maxi was a bad guy.

Vote GP

Yeah, this was my train of thought as well.

You'll need the reformed gangleader for that, but I'm not sure how willing he'll be to help seeing as he becomes evil the day after.

Well he asked some of the questions I would have asked and I like Suda's answers.

Quote from: 1up
1UP: You mentioned once that No More Heroes 2 would be the last game in the series on Wii. Have you done any experiments on what it might be like on another platform, especially with the new motion controllers that have been announced for other systems?

GS: Actually, I answered differently, and it may have been misinterpreted. What I wanted to say was, looking at the Wii, I think No More Heroes 2 will probably be the last iteration for this current platform. But there's probably going to be a "Wii 2" or other next-gen system from Nintendo at some point, so I was saying that I would want to do another game in the series on the next Nintendo platform.

I want to continue the No More Heroes series, but I've finished the story for Travis. It's completely finished in No More Heroes 2. So I want to think of a different story -- a different character, or something like that within the series -- starting on the next Nintendo platform.

1UP: Alright, this is a question everybody in the media has to ask every developer now, but, what's your general opinion of the new motion controllers from Sony and Microsoft?

GS:... I think they're good. [Laughs] It's fun, because you have to think of new stuff.

1UP: Well, I don't know what to think exactly, either.

GS: I think it's good to have new technology like that. Right now, for the Wii, there's No More Heroes. I think it would be best if I had one series for Natal, and another for the Sony controller -- a different series for each system.

Saw footage of this end-of-level thing and I figured it was some new cheap technique or something. I'm glad to hear that it's not. This way is much cooler.

Really looking forward to this.
