NWR Feedback / Re: What can you post in Talkback? Why has it become more "sacred" lately?

I was merely attempting to show a parallel of past occasions involving you and other forum members [...] I'm just noting what looks like a pattern of behavior with you from my eyes which you may not realize or see.

Just because most forum users usually agree with me doesn't make me think I speak for them all.
[...]
I have no problem referencing "forum users" as being on my side because, of the forum users that have spoken up or talked about this, there seem to be way more on my side than ones that agree with you.
* For posts including images, be aware that images over 100k and 640 pixels wide are not permitted except in threads marked for giant images in the thread title. Using bandwidth that is not your own without permission is not permitted. Images must be safe to view at school, work, and in front of grandma.
In addition, posts that are deemed inappropriate or detrimental to discussion may be removed at staff discretion. This may occur even if such posts do not warrant disciplinary action, especially to keep the conversation smooth in Talkback threads.
[...]they all had an Anti-Khushrenada bias, (Though, let's be serious. You'll never find enough people against me for it)Maybe we should get Anti-Khushrenada or one of the other twelve alts.

Thus, it brings me back to the point about how you seem to be more trigger happy and strict with your moderating lately because of moments like this.Man, it seems like it was just yesterday that a group of people left because the forums were too lax in their moderation. Now, we're too trigger happy. Because of 2 or 3 things.
I've heard rumors that there is a special moderator forum where moderators can see deleted posts and threads. If that is the case, I invite you to retrieve that post and copy or paste here and show it for other users because I'd love to see how many people think it is against the "Talkback spirit". Heck, explain your belief of how "wrong" it is. I'd re-post it but I can't exactly remember what I wrote and it actually took a long time to find the image links to get that post just right in my eyes and can't even recall exactly which I ended up using. In this case, I don't want to get the details wrong because my counter-argument is strong enough to defend what exactly it was I posted.
Complaining about Amiibo Supply Issues is still a thing?!?
Yes. Time to do the Harlem Shake!
And I don't want that either. I'm just trying to point out to you that you might be starting to head that way and not realize it yourself.

In the case of Lucariofan99's ban, it was Shaymin taking the heat before you filled everyone in on the details so it's not like you are the number one suspect all the time when people are upset about an action. Forum users didn't know which moderator it was, we just didn't like the action taken no matter who had done it. It just seems to have struck many people as the wrong actions taken which I would think would then make you pause and maybe re-think about why you felt the need to take the action against him you did but you've stuck with it.I don't think it's fair that you keep referencing "forum users" as if you're one voice. Several forum members actually replied that they agreed Lucariofan had taken things too far.
TJ Spyke wasn't the most beloved member of these forums and yet, at one point, other forum members were on his side and defending him against you because they viewed posts you made in the funhouse and directed at him to be past a certain moral line and into bullying. It was too much piling on.I'll say it again, TJSpyke made a claim and I gave him ample opportunity to back up his claim. As much as you try to be the forum lawyer, you'd think you'd *want* him to bring some kind of evidence to the table to support his post. I suppose I should have just posted a bunch of meme gifs and made fun of him instead of giving him a chance to back up his own claims.
With OblivionYou keep trying to pull the rest of the forum in here. I've discussed Oblivion at length with Oblivion and see no reason to get into that discussion again - but I'd like to point out, Oblivion was banned because he requested to be banned. When he came back under a different account, no action was taken against the new account in spite of the fact that we all knew it was him and I even posted, publicly, to that extent. He's been a great poster (now and, for the most part, before) and sincerely seems to want to put the past in the past. It seems rather uncouth for you to dig it up and try to drag him into more forum drama.
You've avoided them for now, and make your way into the final four (most likely).
Well, my issue in this case is that Nintendo promised a restock that clearly either hasn't happened (still no sign of that alleged Marth Amiibo restock they've been promising for months) or has been so woefully miniscule that it doesn't justify Nintendo hyping it. If you can't supply, don't pretend that you can. It just makes you look even more incompetent than you've already proven to be.
I think most stores are holding their restocks for May 29th.
It's clearly just a typo. If anything, it's another excuse to pile on Khushrenada for ruining TalkBack for everyone (except us mods, who are above the law, and the staff, who can't figure out how to make a simple edit to a post without causing the complete annihilation of the entire thread.).
You guys do realise that, regardless of what the name suggests, the Nintendo World Championship is not a legitimate event but rather a glorified PR exhibition for Nintendo products, right?
Not something you should wear in combat.

Enterplay will soon be shipping a new series of Super Mario Dog tags to retailers in a variety of formats.
The full set will include 24 standard dog tags, 6 gold dog tags, 4 mini dog tags, 6 deluxe dog tags, 30 trading cards, 12 decals, 2 lunchbox tins, and a binder. These collectables will be available in a variety of formats.
The main way to get these will be in blind bags that will cost around $3 to $5 a pack. The blind bag will include one standard dog tag, a card, a decal, and a checklist. Approximately one in eight of these blind bags will come with a gold dog tag instead of the standard one.
Enterplay will be selling the deluxe dog tags for between $8 and $10. These deluxe packs come with a deluxe dog tag and one mini tag each and are not blind packaged.
Finally, the lunchbox tins will cost around $15 to $20.
All of these collectables should be hitting retail shelves in the coming months. So stay on the lookout.
Nintendo needs to fix this problem before people leave to Microsoft or Sony. You may in short term keep loyal fans but in long term screwing over your faithful will have dire circumstances in the future.
The kind of people that want a Robin amiibo aren't the people who are just going to stop being Nintendo fans all of a sudden.
Just put DC movies and television together...it will be easier.
Given that amiibo is the only reason Nintendo turned a profit recently. I'd say get ready for a whole bunch more amiibo ****
