Move your contoller to port 4, he wont be able to read you anymore. Eventually they tell you this via codec.

It's a trick to make you go faster, exploiting the fact that on max acceleration your car gains speed when you drift turn.

I haven't had the battery door on my GBA for over a year, and it hasnt been a problem. But, if you do want one i think you can order it from their online store, i don't think they'll give it to you for free.

You hook the GBA up to the Gamecube and turn the GBA on. Then you go to the dock in your town and there will be a boat to take you to the island. No GBA game is needed, just the system.

Actually, didn't a few of those things actually come out? Some like the 64DD, F-Zero track editor, and online(both via the 64DD) only came out in Japan, though, i think.

General Chat / RE: The Forgotten Arcade
« on: May 28, 2004, 07:38:53 AM »
I think the game your thinking of Metaphysical Spirit is Time Crisis. I was about to bring that up because of what Ian said about games costing too much. Last summer i went to an arcade down the shore and they had Time Crisis 3. I was about to play it, then looked at the price. THE GAME COSTED $2. I thought that was crazy, so i didnt play it.  Great story, eh?

Well, i believe a flaw in the Virtual Boy was that it left out the one-eyed humanoid alien audience, like Leela from Futurama. That is the real reason for its failure.

I know that someone is gonna bring it up here, so i want to do it first: Reggie.

2)  "Inverted Y-axis" (Pushing UP = "looking down")

?

I don't know about Freedom Fighters but the contol scheme in Metal Arms has all the movement on the left Thumbstick and turning and looking up and down on the right one. You can't change any of that, so no theres no left analog aiming. But yes, you can have the controls inverted. (I was a little pissed that there weren't different contols schemes to pick from, because i prefer walking and turning on the left and strafeing and looking on the right, but you kinda get used to it. )
