This might be a great stand-buy until the next iPod comes out. Does anybody either have one or maybe link me to a review.

The end of the movie was epic as I thought it should be but the rest of it felt a bit rushed. The movie should have been 30mins longer to fill out some of the lesser known charecters and some plot holes. All in all it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be after Bryan left to do SuperMan. I would have loved to see his vision for X3, X1 and 2 had better pacing. I will give X3 credit for having better fights overall( Nightcralwer in X2 is still the best fight ever).

Better than the first one but X2 is the "Empire" of the trilogy.

Did you guys stay for the "ending" after the credits?

I know. I was just wondering has there been any word on the if and how, or has SmashBros. made everybody forget everything? And if so, what about 5.1 DD.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: The Price...
« on: May 05, 2006, 10:31:49 PM »
It all depends on the following things:

1: The optical format. Not once has Nintendo confirmed what type of DVD drive will be in the system. I'm not saying there going to put in a HDVD in the Wii but in may be a 15gig disc or good old DvD-9's or something else??? But I'm so sure that it has a large impact.

2: Sound output. Will this system support real DD5.1 and not Dolby Pro Logic II?

3: Video Output. 480p is a given. Don't worry about that. And although this might seem foolish but Nintendo may decide to include a DVI out/in on the system. NOT FOR HDTVS but other things. NinTivo?

4: What's in the Box? It will not come with a Wii game. Please don't get yourselves believing that. FREE VC DOWNLOADS, sure why not. A three piece controller scheme. Maybe.

5: The DS. This seems like even more of a stretch than the previous things I posted but ahh nevermind. It's late and my pills are starting to wear off. Transfer protocol box for 802.11 devices and storage and MI:III was good.....LeBron is a man.... two sku's with or without a DSL included.

I love the people on this planet. They make me feel all jelly in my feet.

Here in Philly "Wee" doesn't mean take a leak, or at least not in my hood.

What's in a name? A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. - that old guy.

I didn't read everybody's reply but I really want to transfer my stats and trophies from the GC Ver. over to the new one. That's about it. That and every known Poke'mon available to summon.

Whatever happened to "Poke'freak" and have I really been around these boards that long?

Maybe the dome things they use at footbal game I'm not sure where it only picks up where its pointed but on a smaller scale. I'm from a small town in Southeasten Pennsylvainia right north of Chester County. It doens't get "too" noisey here.

But I think it may force you to play in a more life like way. We already know how the real time clock works in AC. Now Imagine having to break into a building in a game but its too many guards in the day. You might have to come back at night, in the game and in real life because at night there's less noise (unless you live in New York City, I'm so sorry). Or if in a music game you have to snap you fingers on beat, in a certain area of the room. It's a very thin theory at best.

Maybe not Sonar/Radar per se. Maybe it's just a really sensitive mic. So, lets say while playing Red Steel, I come to a guard, I cant kill him so I need to move his attention elsewhere. So I throw a penny in the direction I want him to look or investigate but "I" really throw an object H the Nintendo Concept can locate not only motion but sound as well. I thought that was sonar but thanks . So basically what I'm saying is what everybody else was, the last secret is a mic, but not in the conventional thought.

Come to think of it I don't really believe it but hell, I thought the Eagles would win the SuperBowl.

Everytime I hear something about Nintendo, smart or dumb, I always post it here. If it turns out to be close or correct, YAY!! If it turns our to be foolhearty and way off base, so what, no harm no foul. Now, lets put the rubber to the road.

Does anyone know how sonar works? Can you have sonar out of the water? Sounds Fishy but so did the upside down optical mouse with a blue light.

Nintendo Gaming / RE: IGN Leaks Some Rev Specs Again! 3/29/06

"Fear is the path to the darkside. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering. I sense much fear in you."

This madness must stop! Does anyone here know just how many _pu's The Nintendo Concept has? Really? Are you sure? Some people are saying CPU/GPU/PPU.  6-weeks or 3 pay checks or 2 baths or 1 date from now, the truth will be told.  "Always in motion the future is."

And remember "there are other specs".
