Nintendo games not dropping in price isn't price gouging, they don't go down (usually, some do drop if they bomb) because they continue to sell at a steady pace while most games from other publishers tend to drop their sales numbers within a month or two (with some exceptions). When demand goes down, THEN you drop the price.

I'm just not feeling the game, doesn't really pull me in. Maybe if I had played Super Mario 3D World and got a sample of this (I will get the game eventually). As of right now, I don't see myself paying more than $15 or $20 for it.

I ended up getting Wii Party U since I already owned the other 3 games. Wii Party U is OK, glad I did't pay for it though since I don't really know many other gamers and will never play it multiplayer.

Miyamoto just said that they could technically allow 2 GamePads right now, but don't think they could expect people to buy a second GamePad right now and are trying to just sell as many systems as they can.

I am with asylum, Generation III was the weakest of them. The only thing from Gen III I liked was the introduction of double battles.

Really EA? Would it be that hard to at least take FIFA Soccer 13, which you already released on Wii U, and update the rosters for FIFA 15 on Wii U? Would be better than nothing.

I disagree, if anything Amiibo is far more appealing to me than something like Skylanders ever has been. I don't care about getting figure for a bunch of no-name characters created solely to sell more toys. Disney Infinity is better at it, but is far too pricey and not enough interesting characters. Just having more interesting characters alone makes Amiibo better, and I can see it being better used.

I don't like Disqus. Haven't for years and you know why?

Because regardless of the machine I am on.  The browser I use.  The Security settings that I have.  THE STUPID THING DOES NOT LOAD.

I've never had a problem loading Disqus. I do prefer sites that use Facebook though since it lets you block people that annoy you (Disqus allows no option, so if somebody annoys you you have to just ignore them even if they bother you).

I'm pretty interested in Mario Maker, and hope that before it releases Nintendo expands it more and does stuff like add assets from SMB3 and SMW, as well as more level types (like underwater levels). They can even keep expanding it by selling DLC containing stuff like new backgrounds, new items/enemies, etc. I'd love to be able to do stuff like create tons of Chargin Chucks. And there is a YouTube user who makes videos of crazy **** he could do to games with Game Genie (like having Koopa Troopas constantly flying at you in SMB and fire bars randomly popping up during levels. Or in SMB3 where Munchers automatically generate behind Mario when he moves, making it almost impossible to go back)

The Avengers analogy is flawed because in the Marvel universe, all of the character exist in the same canon timeline (including the Avengers group itself).

I was surprised by just how much I liked the trailer for Splatoon during the Nintendo Digital Event. I am pretty interested in the game, I just wish it was coming out sooner than 2015.

Splatoon surprised me at how interested I am in it. I don't see myself getting Captain Toad unless it's budget priced. And i'm pretty happy that Mario Maker is real, I just hope it includes SMB3 and SMW assets too and not just SMB/NSMB.
