And it's for those same reasons that I got a 3ds instead of a PS vita. The lineup of upcoming games are just too nostalgic as well as innovative to miss out for the 3ds. And even though I regret my only chance to play an HD remake of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of liberty (my favorite MGS game >.<), the games on the Vita are just too underwhelming. To me it all comes down to the presentation of games on said video game systems.

As weird as it sounds, I hope that the Wii U will one day pull off glasses-free 3d. I mean, it sounds possible in a way, maybe on the touch screen controller? I dunno... something that I can really look forward to, besides the information that I don't know yet.... E3 ftw!

I guess it's safe to say that the Wii U will not support GameCube controllers. One of my friends hates using the Wii remote to brawl, and I already sold Brawl over a year ago. I know I'll be getting Smash Bros. on Wii U (and maybe 3ds), but I'm starting to think I'll have to get Brawl back just for that reason.

Rayman Origins has basically climbed it's way into my top ten fav games of all time. If it wasn't enough that most of the characters and objects from the game are taken directly from Rayman 2: The Great Escape, one of my most treasured games, its a type of platformer that I've been waiting for in a game that just makes perfect sense in terms of flow and hilarity. That is a very good blend of a game as quick paced as this. The best part, I even managed to get a platinum trophy from this game.
If I hadn't lost interest by the time I got to the beach, I'd have finished Muramasa by now. But time passed, and the person who let me borrow it was getting impatient. It was the quick paced combat that impressed me the most.
And Wario Land: Shake It, I rented it, beat it, it brought me back to the days that I played Wario Land 4, and now I HAVE to buy it. ...Right after I get Super Smash Bros. Brawl back..

Similar thing happened to me, but with a PS Vita. I was at my nearest GameStop (over 20 miles away in the next county), when I finally saw my first real life Vita on display. I picked it up, pressed the power button, the damn thing was dead.
And to add insult to injury, I checked out the ps3 3D glasses, and all i got to see was switching 1P and 2P screens when you pressed a button on the glasses. Nothing was in 3d.
This is the ongoing battle between my past decade of Sony games, and my common sense.

The camera control is my favorite part. You could be shooting someone down when you're about to be snuck up on, and swinging the camera around on a dime helps greatly!

It's always Europe, Japan, or Australia doing all the interesting events. What has the USA so uninterested in Video games? All I see anyone doing anymore is playing and talking about apps and puzzle games. I personally see a very annoying future with that premise
