Once I can play KZ:Merc on my Vita TV, then I'll be happy. For some reason the controls felt really bad to me so I ended up playing three minutes of the beta and deleting it.

It isn't successful because of the supposed "lack of games" not because it isn't Nintendo. When the 3DS launched and it didn't have games, the Vita was looking to be the winner.
The Vita is superior in hardware and build quality. I just wish it would get a few more games. I already have a crap ton of PS+ and indie games that can be played on both my Vita and PS3, I just need a few more to round it off.

And I think the Vita is a better system than the 3DS, but the sales numbers don't indicate quality, now does it? Come on, you as a Nintendo fanboy should know this. Gamecube didn't have great sales, yet was the best system that generation. Hell, people rave about the Dreamcast, yet did not sell well at all.

I feel the same way. However, as of this post, I feel as if what they are doing on both systems is "suck-ish". The 3DS to a lesser degree than the Wii U.
