If they can make a game for the Wii U and for the 3DS that get the consoles and games to interact with each other, (like they thought about when the Wii u was still being developed), I can't see how it wouldn't help boost the sales more.

This is a good sign, but it doesn't mean Nintendo can breath easy.

I only got to play one GP before I had to go to work, but I loved it! Although, I am extremely unhappy that they put the coins into the item boxes. While I hate tbat aspect of Mario Kart 8 I look forward to playing it.

I don't have any of my GameCube controllers anymore so this has no affect on me. But it is still cool to have the option to be able to use a GameCube controller if someone wanted to.

My to three favorites are 3. Waluigi Stadium (GameCube), 2. Rainbow Road (N64), and 1. The first Mario track in the mushroom course, (SNES, (forgot the actual name), why that one, well it was the first one I ever played so it was one I had the best time playing against my cousin with and had the most fun on).

They put the coins in the item boxes again?! What a friggen waste of item box space! I hated having the coins in the item boxes in the first Mario Kart and was very happy when they got rid of them, now they're back. I still think it'll be a great game but I still don't like having the coins in the item boxes.

When it comes to watching golf on tv I'd rather watch the insides of my eyelids, but when playing it in Wii Sports or Mario Golf World Tour I do like it. When I play Mario Golf World Tour I have fun playing it, (while also swearing at it when I miss the hole), I would say it is a successful game and then some and I look forward to the many hours of game play I'll put into it.

Nintendo should get into the mobile app aspect with games and apps. There's a lot the could do with that market. But this sounds (not only) like a good idea but also a step in the direction of making mobile game apps. Guess we'll just have to wait and see how this develops.

Hopefully they'll put some new levels in the single player campaign this time around, (but I doubt they will).

A track editor is always a cool feature to have in a racing game. But can you modify the looks of the cars, (color, decals, paint scheme, wheels, ect.)? Because that's always an awesome option to have too.

I have this game on the 3DS and I wouldn't give it a 7, more like a 5. The 2.5 aspect is very annoying and hard to get use to sometimes and the comic strip cinematics feels like they got cheep with the game. Needless to say this is my least favorite Batman game to date. If others liked this game then that's cool, but I for one have no intention of getting this on the Wii U.

I figured as much. I just wanted to be clear, (you know how some people over react to the dumbest things and that you can't include the tone you're using as you write with what you're writing).

I wasn't doubting or criticizing them at all. I was just noting that it really isn't new but it is still a welcomed addition to the game. And I aslo love customizations for the karts, as far as I'm concerned the more the better. I just can't wait for the game to come out.

It is NOT boarder line cheating in any way and making it more chaotic makes it far more interesting and fun. I think this is a stupid idea and it should've been left as it was. While I'll adjust as well I'm still not happy with this change in Mario Kart. However, I will still be getting the game and will probably still love it as I have with the past versions as well.

I wouldn't really call that new. In Mario Kart 7 there are tires that you can put in that basically jacks them up like a buggy. But still more variety is always welcomed.

Battle mode was never my favorite aspect of Mario Kart, (however I do like playing it also), but I can't see them leaving it out. If they did that would be one of the most incredibly stupid moves for Mario Kart. What I want to know if it has the same options that Mario Kart Wii had, being able to pick what courses you want, how many, computer difficulty, ect. When Mario Kart 7 didn't have all that I wasn't happy, (but something tells me MK8 won't have it either. Guess I'll just have to wait and see).

Concerning the touch pad it sounds like Nintendo is dropping the ball, AGAIN. There's so much they could've done with it but didn't. But it looks like it'll still be a great game.

While it didn't affect me because I always race as Donkey Kong, in Mario Kart 7 I thought Wiggler, Honey Queen, and Metal Mario were stupid additions to the game, especially when they took the place of some characters who were already in the game and were generally liked by most. If they were added them with out dropping those characters then it would've been fine. Hopefully in Mario Kart 8 they have the liked ones back like Waluigi, (he's my brother's favorite and was pissed when he found out he was gone and I didn't blame him. If Donkey Kong was taken out I wouldn't buy the game). However, since DK is in it I am EXTREMELY looking to this one.

I'm not one who cares a whole lot about multiplayer, but even I think leaving that out is a stupid move. I'm sure there's a reason, but I doubt most would care for the reason for those who like multiplayer games.

Yep, another week of nothing worth getting. Dr. Mario is the only one that comes closest to be worth getting, but I've played it so much that I'm just not interested.
