General Gaming / Question about image retention on projection televisions

I tried to research this but I'm getting frustrated.  I have the chance to get a 46" Sony big screen for under a hundred dollars.  I just wanted to know if playing videogames on it would damage it.  Exactly how long does an image have to be on the screen for it to get "burnt"?

So I play through the game 3 times, which wasn't bad at all.  Seeing the different guardians, and stuff was cool, so I did it.  But for the ending I was expecting Mantorok maybe to be revived and come and destroy everything.  Heh.  Though the ending did set up a sequel, maybe.

Don't get me wrong though, Eternal Darkness is what I think is one of the greatest games I've ever played.

I was reading IGN, and they have an article with Miyamoto and a Dutch Journalist.  It appears this game was in development since around 2001, but attention was focused on Four Swords.  IGN says that the game might be shown at the Electronic Expo in May.

Nintendo Gaming / Zelda On Phillips CDI

I've seen on some websites that Zelda games, 3 I think appeared on a console that was not Nintendo's.  I can't seem to gather much information on them.  So I was wondering if anyone knows anything about them.  Are they even real?  Were they pseudo 3D like past Zelda's?  Were they any good?

In the March issue, it's nice to see Zelda getting some adult exposure.  But after looking through the article I was horrified to see that they spelled Link as Linx.  Oh well.
