Glad I don't live there. . . I wouldn't be on the 'puter for one thing, and I wouldn't be going to play Mario Sunshine soon.

I read about 5 pages of this thread and couldn't stop laughing.  Flame wars are funny, especially ones with PIAC

I swear, all of you probably contradicted yourselves at least twelve times. Hitman in particular is very poor at debating.  Whoo.  I'm going back to read the first three or four pages.

Don't do it!  IT'LL BE A BOMB COOKIE!! 1 ! !! 1

I figured it began with a D, but I had no idea how to find out what it was. . . alas.  Good job, PIAC.

Heh, sounds like a good life to me

I do eat pizza while playing, if we've just ordered some and it gets there in the middle of a Smash Brothers game, so I have experienced greasy controllers.  But like Knowsnothing, I can generally wipe it off on something, so it's not too big of a problem whenever it happens.

I'll probably draw one in flash as soon as I can get Flash back on my comp.

In paint?  Dang that's good.

Yeah, i think nintendo should make Xtreme Titty Volleyball.....then my friends wouldn't laugh at me.

You are just joking, aren't you?  Geez, I hope so.

God forbid we have a diverse and fun selection of games on the Gamecube!  Wouldn't that be horrible.  Heck, I might buy this game just to spite you whiney bitches.

Yeah. . . I must have temporarily forgotten that.  Heck, I think we talked about it in this thread, even. . . maybe. . .

I suppose the second name would do.  It's kind of catchy

I hate what I call "internet preteen lingo".  While the graffical nurds thing didn't annoy me, since you talk decently otherwise, people that do use it piss me off muchly.  I'm glad there aren't many here.

Seems more tasteful and less unique to me (since, while no one else has it, he did get it from a pre-existing concept).

Yes, Grandpa Marie is better, closely followed by Aunt Edward.

It seems in general, though, that more girls prefer GC.  I imagine there are a fair few "hardcore" gamer girls that have GC, and it seems to me that for all the girls that would play casually, GC would be the perfect console.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to have to start sharing the Truth with some girls around here.

My opinion = Grey Ninja's opinion.  And both times I typed opinion just then I typed opnion first. . .

Hitman, unlike you, I love the combo system.  It feels much better to me than running randomly about in OoT, bopping people with swords.  And, unlike the other two 3-D Zeldas, the other items you have are actually useful in battle (like bombs, boomerang, even deku leaf).  In OoT and MM, they were relatively useless.  The fighting in this game is very dynamic, and if you killed the plot, the graphics, the music, the gameplay, and everything but the fighting, I'd still pay a full fifty bucks just for a bit of hack and slash

Reader Reviews / RE: Super Mario Sunshine Review Room
« on: August 13, 2003, 06:47:03 PM »
I basically agree with that review.  I just had to say that I thought it was humorous that you mention jumping through paintings, since that's what you did in Mario 64.  If you meant it that way, clever.  If not, funny

What you call the hydro nozel is actually the turbo nozzle, though Yes, for me it's just incredibly fun to run around Delfino Plaza, jumping around and messing with flood.  If I had to give this a percentage score, it'd probably be 93.5%.

I second that motion.  The one other message board I go to (not GC, just a MB) is going downhill, so this could be my last refuge.  Yes, you could be seeing a lot of me.  And when I say a lot, I mean a lot more.  I'm already here more than I should be

Aha!  They Might Be Giants is a great band, possibly my favorite, in some respects.  I have a ton of songs burned onto CD, and a two CD collection (which doesn't work on my stereo, so I haven't listened to it much).  "Dr. Worm" is one of my "group's" theme songs.  As well as "Birdhouse in your Soul".

Other underdog bands?  Ever heard of the Misfits?  I'm not sure how popular they are, but they're pretty good if you're into people singing about cheap movie monsters Nah, I like em.

Radiohead and Weezer are also among some of my less known choices, though I'm not sure how popular either of them are.  I've seen a fair deal of media on Weezer, though.

Yes, that I am.  However, though I'm a big Nintendo fan, I'd despise calling myself a "gamer".  It reminds me of a lot of people that I do not like.

Are Unions legal in Colombia?  Just wondering. . .

Well, if you have the risk of being shot to death for trying to get higher wages, my suggestion is get another job.  I'm still buying Coke products.  It's not my business what a bunch of idiots in Colombia do.

Pepsi = evil.  My friends go on missions to blow up Pepsi factories regularly.  I'm a Coke products only man.

And nitsujdark was not wrong to tell you that you are, indeed, breaking the rules of the forum.  I suggest you change your avatar.

Music games?  Music games are very cool.  Parappa the Rapper 2 is an awesome PS2 game.  This could very well be better, if it comes to exist.

I agree with Ian Sane.  However, the presence of female characters, methinks does not apply to the female gaming population, but for the further pleasure of the males

Nah, females is cool wiff me, yo.  Look at Samus, for instance.  Very cool.
