I've played 25+ hours and I haven't even started the 4th dungeon yet!
I'm currently having fun walking around and trying to discover hidden stuff.

I do agree that the Dual Shock has a terrible d-pad (why don't we split it? wtf Sony?!)

Well, I still need to beat Zelda (I'm only at the 3rd dungeon but I'm taking my time on purpose to really appreciate the game!).

I got a charger and 4 NiMH batteries (2700 mAH) for like 40 bucks.
The first charge lasted me a good 2 weeks and I didn't wait for them to be drained completely.

W00t! Good thing I pre-ordered Zelda GC back in July '05, my friend just informed me he got it yesterday from EBGames.
I should have it in January (I asked him to hold it until he gets my replacement straps and send everything together).
For now, I'm playing the Wii version and I'm actually curious to see the GC one (Link left-handed and all that).

Apparently, someone from the US (and with a US Wii) has the latest firmware and his AR DOES work with it.
It's something specific to the PAL version then, regardless of the version of the firmware installed...

Through my friend in Cali, I've had a pre-order at EBGames since July 2005 but they didn't honor it for now.
They said they got shorted on pre-orders and not everyone (including me!) got called yet.
