I was thinking it sucks wasting batteries in my wave bird, but i like the wireless play.  So i was wondering what about putting the lithium-Ion battery that is in the GBA SP into the wave bird so you just have to recharge the battery every week or so.  Would this add alot of cost to the wavebird, would this make more power  for a rumble feature? what do you guys think

I dont see how microsoft and nintendo people talking are illegal.  It's very possible that nintendo people are friends with microsoft people(by people im talking about the people at nintendo and microsoft of america, not shiggy and bill.G).  But sure i would like to see this happen microsoft would have to relaze that they suck at making games and hand most of the power over to nintendo.  But this wont work, not yet until things get bad.  Lets say microsoft and sega join and start really cleaning up and nintendo cant strike gold on there games(which most likely wont happen), then they might team up.  But now there's so much seperating both parties apart.  for 1 microsoft wants there console to be more like a home entertainment system with a fully functional computer and stuff, while nintendo is focusing on just a gaming system.  Microsoft is going all out on online play, nintendo is not even touching online play.Nintendo is living off franchises like pokemon,mario,zelda,and metroid.  While microsoft is turning 100% of there attention to shooters.  BUt they all have one thing in common they want sony down.  The worst case scenario in the business would be 1 company (or 2 joined together) having all of the consoles on the market, I'd say with 3 consoles were doing pretty good, competiton is good, but theres no competiton with sony right now, though there should be because they have alot of titles worth crap, that are selling better than great nintendo master pieces.

I had extremely good luck in catcing kyorge i got it down to alittle HP then i caught it with onle Ultra ball so now im gonna use my master on Latias.I heard one guy who tried 20 times with an ultra ball to catch kyorge,just get him weak.  I didnt even have to put him to sleep, or anything, i just have strong pokemon, though he used that one move to kill aton of them but i used revive and eventually caught him with 1  ball.

I was thinking about the online pokemon. But the first problem is the GBA is not online.  The 2nd is how are you gonna do it.  There would be some people who have pokemon level 80 and some just starting out.  Unless you have it on the GBA2(hoping its online) and have a regular game and then after you defeat the elite 4 you can go into a special world with other trainers.  OF course there must be differnet character models so everyone doesnt look the same.

Hey, I have always been a pokemon game fan but i just picked sapphire up about 2 weeks ago.  And i love it, its still the same great game but with good additions in it.  And as im reaching  the end of the game i was thinking "There gonna make another version right?"  They proably will.  But i dont expect it for a couple of years (maybe 2).  So what do you guys wanna see in the next one?  Anything you want to add? or subtract?  Here is what i want:  I would like the ability to make your own TM's.  Say your pokemon is going to learn rock throw but you dont want him to learn it but you want another pokemon to.  You could buy a machine to save rocksmash and make it a TM so you can teach it to someone else.  Maybe some new HM moves, we have had the same ones since blue, and red(except dive, and maybe 1 more).  More puzzles.  Stronger wild pokemon, more trainers in the gyms.

Try different games.  Clean the games sometimes this is the trick.  If not this launch cube could be like mine that was faulty but mine was underwarranty at that time, so i called nintendo and i sent them by cube and got it back in a week free of charge.  But unless he bought the warranty he might have to pay like 90 bucks or whatever it is.  But clean the disk's try different discs, and if not your proably going to have to call nintendo.  Incase you dont know the numbers on the back of every game instruction booklet, or the original cube box.

Ive been defending Game Informer for a while but now there just really bugging me.  Aside from saying metroid prime is going to suck and then give it like a rating of 9 or so, there actions lately just got me mad.  First they write off mario party 4 (they gave it a 5)which is actually a pretty good game, but it was in small print below that they told us that they had it out for this series from the start(not many people read that far down, opposed to the main article).  Then in this issue it basically said someone should sue nintendo for there horrible games like wario ware Inc.  While most other gamins sources gave it a high rating(Gamespot.com gave it a 9.1) and it looks really fun and im proably going to buy it.  Then when I looked at the charts for the writeup under Pokemon sapphire they said something like "all good things comes in three's while pokemon has always come in two's.  No it hasn't!  this is the first installment that didnt have the third game(there was blue,red,and yellow, then came gold, silver, and crystal).  I didnt get it take a good look at this month's game pro but it looks like they have a wopping 1 review!  So it may not just be GI thats dissing the cube.

General Chat / Being a small town gamer stinks!

I love nintendo and games but being a small town gamer stinks.  First people in small towns arent to rich (most people in my town are proably at the poverty level, but we have more than enough money) but we so cant start throwing around $50 for games we might not like.  So the solution is to rent games.  We have one store that rents games (15 miles away).  This week we finally got skies of arcadia, at the game renting store.  Which ive been wanting to play for a long time.  I almost just went out and bought it but i drooled over the sexy GBA SP and got that instead.  But the problem is they only have 1 copy of skies of arcadia!  A very good rpg in an rpg loving community, and with no other good rpg's for the cuve, the stinking store gets 1 freaking copy!  there was 3 copies of windwaker and all of them were at the store.

Ok i like harry potter as much as the next guy( i read them like 5 times but the movies dont do them justice) but i think we should stick to the topic here.  Nintendo can make a whole ton of cash with there current big 3(mario,metroid,and zelda) but they shouldnt start pumping games out there just to have games out there.  They should take time and create great games (so stop complaing about 128 not being at E3).  But theres a big gap in between these games, and they cant live entirley in the past.  So with that said they must introduce some new games.  But nothing drastic maybe just 1 a year for like 3 or 4 years.  They did good with pikmin and animal crossing but some people are to stubborn and stupid to keep an open mind and try new games and give them a fair shot.

Well im in favor of toad, and metal mario, and i still want kaptan K rool.  But adding link and stuff, no way not a chance if they havent announced anybody out of the mario universe except the donkey kongs (who were in the original mario kart games anyway)they wont do it now, and besides link would look to silly in a kart.  As for sonic, thats a negative. Remember about a year ago shiggy asked sega if sonic could be in it and shiggy wanted to make sure sonic was exclusive to the Gcube, and now that sonic hero's is on all 3 consoles, thats a definite no for sonic.  And most likely all sega characters (sorry monkey ball monkeys) but im all for going old school bad guy's in the kart.  But boo would look to crazy in the kart, and gooma's have no arms.  HOw about GENO and Malo?  i bet theres some liscenseing problems there with square-enix but we can always hope.

Hey, this month's GI said that there will be unlockable characters in mario kart, does any body have any guess's on who these are?  My guess's are maybe someone from the donkey kong universe.  Maybe cranky kong, or could you imagine kaptan K. Rool and King Koopa(i gotta go with bowsers old school name) teaming up!  Or maybe toad.  Having one of the original koopa kids would be great, but i doubt thats gonna happen.  Also i heard there were 2 koopa guys.  Is one a paratrooper and one a regular koopa?

I went out and got my gamecube on launch date and payed 200$ and i still think its a good deal.  But now new owners who arent the best nintendo fans are getting Gcubes for 150 with a game boy player, while us loyal fans get jack.  Im not positive but i think theres a number on the back of the cube that could tell Nintendo when you bought your cube, so i think they should have us call in and tell them our number and they could at least send us a t-shirt or something like that.  What do you guys think?

First Im saying i Know theres a thread already started but there hasnt been many new posts on it and there getting off the topic.  So what do you guys think about what he saw so far of Mario Kart DD at E3.  I thought that the fact that you can race in the water with boat like things is awesome.  Has there been any character additions since they first released the info on Double Dash?  I think baby luigi is a new character but Im not sure, and daisy wasnt listed but was clearly visible on an early screen shot.  Have you heard anything other than what PGC posted wednesday about it?  The fact that Sonic Heroes or whatever its called is on all consoles, eliminates sonic and tails as possible characters.  But i still think diddy kong is pretty cool.

I would like to see super mario 2 and 3, in AC 2.Heres what i would like it sounds pretty far-fetched though.  You start out and instead of buying fishing poles and shovel you buy swords and shields.  You make freinds and over throw mayour Tortimor, and become king of your town.  You have to make decisions like how much money to spend on your army, and police force, and how high the taxes are.  All the while being vulnerable to a revolution.  But heres where it gets fun.  Its online so you can make alliances with other towns and unite your armys and try to conquer other towns.  I think that would be really fun, though it would be a drastic change for AC.  I would still want the NES games, and alot of different furniture, and fishing.

I picked up golden sun and i thought it was alright.  I didnt get to far, i got into the temple where your by a river and you have to use the psyenery "move" to move the statues.  To find the real tribute to the sun, or whatever.  But whenever i use "move" it does not work.  I stand right in front of it and it does not do anything when i cast it.  Am i just doing something wrong or is my game defective.

I might be lost here but wouldnt the thing your saying cost 85$.  If i understand right the GBA knocks 25$ off of a 100$ SP.  Then you want the magizine whichis 10.  This adds up to 85, not 50.  BUt i could be misunderstanding you.

While I like kid Icarus and might buy this game if it was made am doubtful.  If it was ever made it would most likely be on the GBA.  This game was one of my favorite gameboy games when i was growing up, though i wasnt to good at it.
