*sits back and plays my Nintendo Ultra 64*

Wouldn't it be Nintendo of Japan that would come up with the logo and such?

(dont know what CST means)
Just so you can tell all your friends and look smart, CST is Central Standard Time.  It's the time that the midwest uses.  (Think Chicago)  I believe it's six hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).  However, right now it's only five hours behind, because of Daylight Savings Time.  I'm not sure if you have that in Austraila.

Australian Central Standard Time is the time zone that is +9:30 GMT. CST covers the Northern Territory and South Australia.

To answer Dasmos that would be 2:00am CST.

Mike, wow 1000 lines! Do you get anything cool for doing that well or is it just the sweet satisfaction of knowing you're a polarium god?

I do things differently than Spak. I always try to eliminate each individual puzzle as it comes down, the point bonuses received are exceptionally high. Eg after the first puzzle drop your score should be ~ 15,000 points. After 5 puzzles ~35,000 points, depending on the puzzles of course! Get as many points as you can early on.

As each new 'puzzle' drops eliminate it immediately therefore gaining a 'full clear' bonus each time. That's my aim keep the touch screen clear. If you have leftovers clear them whilst you are waiting for the next puzzle. Also starting to draw your line before the puzzle has dropped gains a little time but may take some practice.

This method should suffice until level 3 where the speed really ramps up. After that good luck.

Current high score: 234600 but still only D-!

That being said my puzzle mode is definately lacking only 38%

My experience of doing something in Zelda the normal way vs easy way comes from Gerudo's Fortress in OOT.  I had no idea the patrolling guards could be rendered unconcious so I stealthed around resulting in much anger and frustration. It was only on my second play through that I even thought about using my bow on the guards. Brilliant.

$70 hey? Ouch!

I reckon I'm gonna keep importing  DS games as we will most likely get games delayed aswell.

Additionally I was at Marion the other day and there were 2 people walking round the mall playing DS's how cool!

Nintendo Gaming / RE:Control on the Nintendo DS
« on: November 21, 2004, 08:08:51 PM »
From what I've read I gather there are three different control setups, although only two seem to have been directly mentioned.
-D pad control w/ run button
-Touch screen control.

I'm assuming the 3rd setup is a left handed version of the latter? I sure hope so, because as a lefty using a stylus in my wrong hand would be plain awkward.

Nintendo Gaming / RE:How do you catch nosepass and Feebass??
« on: November 19, 2004, 02:02:48 AM »
just to clarify... "the large watery section" is the route south-west of Fortree City.

The only thing worse than looking for feebas is searching for shinies. 26 hrs and still no shiny Gastly. Uggh.

EDIT: Also I would fish at least twice in each square as other pokémon do appear in Feebas squares
