Just the fact that Megatron is taking orders from anyone fraks up the 2nd movie.  I don't care what lame-ass-excuse you come up with.  He's Megatron.  He bows before no one.  Sure he followed Unicron for a second there when it was serve or die.   But he hated every damn minute of it.  Seeing him willfully serve someone was absolutely sickening.

I'm more annoyed that Monkey Island is $10.  You can get them for $7 each chapter for PC on Steam.  Guess Valve gets my money instead of Nintendo.

Ooooh.

There's a lot of "free shipping" deals that aren't really a sale.  But there are definitely a few actual sales and not price cuts in there.  Might be buying a couple things that I shouldn't...

**** its this weekend already!? I was planning on going out and buying Rune Factory Frontier and Ghostbusters (Wii) TODAY. Then Punch-Out! Wii next before the end of the month..

CRAP!

Yep, midnight Sat night/Sun morning is Wii Sports.  Better trim that list a bit, maybe just Punch Out.

As for gyroids, you're supposed to get 3 the day after a rain and that has seemed to be true for me.  Been having lots of trouble finding 3 fossils each day though as well. 

Maybe I can finally join you guys tonight. It's been months since I played on wifi.

Sounds interesting.  I'm still working on grinding my way through Disgaea for some of the optional final bosses.  And I finally picked up Chrono Trigger now that it dropped to $20 regular price.  So I'm a little backed up on RPGs, but maybe I'll get to this one.

I immediately popped mine out for TW10.  I burn through my rechargeable batteries pretty quickly when I get on a gaming binge so thought that might be a hassle to take it off. And I never had the regular jackets anyway, the wrist strap has always been adequate for me and my friends/family.

Yeah it was supposed to be on sale either June 8 or Jun 15.  Tiger was originally set for release on the 15th but got moved up to the 8th, and I can't remember which date M+ shared with it.

But if you want two... buy Tiger and Wii Sports this weekend.

I like how the website is completely down.

It was down for days when they switched over to Club Nintendo.

I never did bother going back to make sure my conversion from MyNintendo went through and if I had enough points for anything, or haven't bothered to register my last few games.  Ah well, guess I should check... but probably "better luck next year" for me...

Chrono Trigger has an official price drop to $19.99. Amazon, Gamestop, Newegg, Bestbuy all have it at 19.99.

I snatched it up at Amazon thinking it was a sale, but then yeah, saw it at Gamestop yesterday too.  Oh well.  Also the used one at Gamestop is only $17 now or so.  I never mind buying used cartridges since they don't really get scratched or damaged as easily as discs.

Yeah I thought I had a hole in one last weekend... par 3, tee shot, goes to the heart beat thing, shows a weird % in the power, like 81, which I read about on gfaqs I think that was supposed to signal it was going in... and then it just rolled by, ended up 2 feet away. 

I would agree iron approach shots are the toughest ones.  Which also makes most par 3s a pain in the butt. 

Anyway I'm winning without much trouble in standard mode, and halfway through the 1st year now.  Could do Q-school but I figure I'll keep playing the tournaments all the way through.  Then as my stats are nearly maxed I guess it will be time to switch to advanced...

The Guitar Hero: World Tour bundle is $100 off at Gamestop. It's $89 for now.

Saw a commercial for that last night, but I figured it must not be the Wii version.  I still need drums, so for the price of drums I get the game and a 3rd guitar/2nd mic for GH5?  Hm...

Have you tried that new game Trine? I think it is supposed to be like the Lost Vikings too

Played that Demo on steam.  Sounds very much like this.  3 characters, a wizard, thief, and warrior, and lots of puzzles and some combat.

Yeah this is the reason you see sequels, remakes and spinoffs more often than brand new IPs. 

It's even worse with movies where it almost seems the majority of big releases are a sequel, remake, or book adaptation.  Execs like to take the safer bet on something that has already sold well.

At least gaming isn't there yet.
