I guess I just don't "get" Pixar movies, because I haven't enjoyed a Pixar movie since Toy Story and found Wall-E a bloody masterpiece...

That's gonna cause a little confusion...Mind if we just call Albury-Wondonga "Bruce"?

(which is not a great compliment to the other flicks this year; how did Pixar manage to disappoint me so?).

How often can you fail so strongly?

So what makes a game a big A-title? Big sales? Because Animal Crossing will outsell everything. High quality? Because Wario Land looks AMAZING. Neither of those? Does it need Mario or Link? Gosh Ian, they can't just flood the market with the same Mario franchise. I know you'd love Mario Basketball or a Tingle FPS to surprise us out of nowhere this holiday, but it's not happening.

As if you can expect an answer to this...But a Tingle FPS would make me laugh, as much as I dislike Tingle... ='D

I'm reminded of how awesome XSEED is for publishing this, Avalon Code, Rune Factory Frontier, and Retro Games Challenge...

See I thought the story went that Birdo in Doki Doki Panic was a girl but when it came stateside NoA didn't think it was right to beat up on a girl so they changed the wording to make Birdo a guy.  Every couple of year I hear a different story on how that is.

Nope, it was mentioned in the original Japanese manual that Birdo was a cross-dresser, and that was obviously changed for the U.S. release...Since then, Birdo was turned back into a girl, but this game is poking fun at her (his) origins...

If there's any flaw in the use of the pointer, it's on the side OF THE PERSON USING IT!  I've never seen ANYONE complain about pointer accuracy (only character recognition, which is also mostly human error...)

So pointing at that and saying "there's a core game, stop complaining" is kind of silly.

Pointing at a casual game and saying that Nintendo is abandoning the hardcore is even WORSE...

Yeah, one of the worst things about Okami's implementation was ignoring the pointer

Uhhh, it DOES use the pointer...

I'm sure a game that is focused around a someone helping a bunch of obscure Nintendo characters can be classified as a casual game...

These dates aren't surprising at all, nor are they unwanted!  They will lovingly fill up the usually-empty first/second quarters! (Rune Factory 2 DS comes out this Fall anyway!)
