I graduated on June 7th, already seems like a long time ago.  Then my 18th birthday was on June 9th, needless to say that was a big week for me.  I probably would have fallen asleep at our ceremony if it weren't for two things, 1 Small class, 2 That gym had no AC, and it was hot as hell in those robes.  (Go class of 05).

While I would be disapointed if the rev is not shown I can see the reasoning, ninty has had a lot of stuff ripped off of them before, It would not be a very good thing if whatever the rev is doing that is unique, sony comes out with the same thing a month later.  I do think that they will at least show some video footage.

To make this a true experiment, someone should make a similar negative review of the DS, and we will all get on gamefaqs and b!tch about it, better yet make one that is even more negative of the DS (one that actually has blatant lies in it, maybe say that the games cost $50) and see what happens.

Shoot, I was gonna say that about the roomba BigJim, but you beat me to the punch, oh well.  As for those mock-ups they do look kinda cool, but I dont like the controller and Ninty really needs to come up with something really unique, not so much that it is rediculous, but unique.  There is an advantage to side loading systems, you can stack stuff on top of them to save space, the top loading system on the GC effectively makes it a few inches taller, and the shelf under my tv is crowded anyway.

That design for the revelution is horrible. first, it looks ugy, second it is not very funtional, why would they make a metal box around it for no reason except to take up extra space?  Lol think I will wait untill E3 before I make any conclusions.

Right now, this doesn't seem to good, I am hearing much more hype for the PSP now than I did when the DS first came out.  Hopefully nintendo doesnt lose it's hold on the handheld market too.  Infact I have a friend who, up untill a week or so was a big fan of the DS, and now he has jumped the bandwagon (he says he has played the psp, sure the graphics are better, but there is much more to it than graphics that you cant see just by playing it once) Unfortunately, graphics are what makes the first impression.

Well if it is a fake, at least they put a LITTLE work into it, The DS in the pic does not have a hinge in it, but that would be easy to photo-shop out.

try using a soft cloth to wipe your screen off, what happened with mine is that I got finger prints on the screen, when I used the stylus, it made lines in the oil form those fingerprints and looked like scratches.

I think what Hostile was saying was not that the PSP graphics are bad (they are pretty good) but he thinks that they are not as great as Sony would have you think.

Well then how are you so completly convinced that it will be 2-D?  Dont get me wrong I love 2-D and 3-D zeldas. Actually the first zelda game I played was OoT but I have played LttP on the GBA and Four Swords, and loved them too, I probably will get more old of the 2-d Zeldas for my DS that I missed when they first came out.  I am sure that they will be able to use the features of the DS with either 3-D or 2-D.

Doesnt really matter to me, as long as it is Zelda I will buy it.

I know what you mean nemo, Remember that commercial for the PS2 where they had an ad for the PS9 (obvioulsy looking into the future somehow).  The Add had something where it would get into your brain and make it seem like you are actually in the game; the add said that the PS2 was the beginning.  Well it was obviously fake, but a friend of mine who worked at gamestop said they actually got some calls asking about the PS9, lol.  If ninty could offer some kind of virtual reallity system (of course not quite as advanced as the one I just mentiond) it would blow Sony and Microsoft away.

I was thinking that the gyration stuff could be used to make a headset (with an LCD screen in it).  That would be really cool, you could move your head and the view would move with it.  I am not really sure how much something like this would cost, not to mention you would probably go cross-eyed, so it probably isnt a good idea for now, (maybe in a generation or two)

Have you tried to move the present to the old memory card with the town data on it?   That way you would have the present and the town data on one card, and as posted above, you can use the card that came with the game for something else.

Kirby Killer dedede, When I click on your third link, it tells me "access forbidden"

  These glitches, though minor, make me wonder if the PSP has other problems that cannot be seen yet, maybe there will be some problems that wont start to show themselves untill the warrantee wears out.  After all, sony does not have a good track record so far (my cousin is on her third PS2)

WOW!! this is really great news, I am so sick of nintendo always losing to the competition lately, and I was afraid that it would happen again (N64 lost to sony, GC lost to sony and microsoft; in the states anyway).  but it has only begun, this is a good start, but it is a little early to celebrate the victory of the DS over the PSP.

Still, I am really optimistic about this

If you or a friend has the english version of SM64, check the options and see if our version is multi-lingual, if it is then I would imagine the japanese version is too.
