According to Japanese gaming site Namae no Nai Heya (literally, "Room With No Name"), Nintendo's latest entry into the quickly expanding Wario Ware franchise will feature a completely new form of control. The game is called Mawaru Made in Wario and is to be released for Game Boy Advance, as recently noted in Famitsu Weekly.
Namae no Nai Heya reports that the game is played by spinning the GBA in circles ("mawaru"), and that no button pressing is required. Some 200 new mini-games will use this feature in ways we can't possibly imagine. The new technology seems to be distinct from the Tilt Pak used in Kirby's Tilt 'n Tumble, which detects angular orientation but cannot detect rotation.
Mawaru Made in Wario is set for release in Japan on October 14. No release plans for North America have been announced.
Thanks to Chris Kohler for the tip!
