He popped up in the thread asking for sig pics (after we got the bigger avatars).
He seems able to freely break PGC's rules, and is doing it in the most annoying ways possible to try and illustrate why we really do want PGC's often-complained-about rules (I still want a sig pic myself, just not a rotating animated flashing one).
He's not a troll, as his annoying avatar is hosted by PGC itself, and Dr Z has said that anyone's allowed to do what King Admin does, provided that they're capable of doing it (which they're not).
I think the mods figured out how to activate "King Admin" after Syl asked if anyone was capable of changing his screen name for him. It kinda looks like it's easier for King Admin to ban people too, so he seems to be handing out the bannings lately.

Like having an image or scrolling effects in your signature, it's quite impossible to do, but apparently not for King Admin.
If you see a thread with two King Admin posts on the same page, the two King Admin sigs will launch two MP3s, which will be out of synch with each other. It's kinda cool.

Are you talking about the new king admin theme or the old one?
I like the style of this new one, but it's a little short. I think the next theme should have more of a techno style...
