Title: Will Fable be coming to PC?

Fable is looking brilliant but unfortunetly I dont have an Xbox. Does Microsoft have any plans to release this game for the PC?

It WAS looking brilliant. It has dulled somewhat since it was first announced. Still looks good, but I'm not hyped for it anymore.

Anyway, I've not seen any mention of a PC port. But I'm sure, like Halo, it'll get a port sooner or later. Microsoft will probably want it XB exclusive for a while.

I thought I did see it coming out for the PC.  However like Halo, it will probably be delayed so as not to steal any hype from the Xbox release.

The real question ya'll should be pondering is: Is Fable even gonna make it to the XBox?  It's been delayed like how many times?

I've read in the PC Games magazine that Molyneaux was in negotiations with Microsoft about releasing Fable for the PC. I don't think Microsoft agreed, though.

Yeah, Molyneaux wants Fable on the PC, but MS don't.

Shouldn't Molyneux be more concerned with it actually ever appearing?  Seems like he is getting ahead of himself.

A friend of mine reserved this game about a year ago and still foams at the mouth when it is mentioned (or not mentioned.  The word 'able' will send him on a Fable  rant as well).  As a result, I looked into the game about a year ago and IGN stated it was slated for a PC and Xbox release.  I find it interesting that things have apparently changed and again resemble that Halo situation.  It really is genius of M$ to delay the PC release but it is so dirty somehow...they just feed of the poor souls who have waited for its PC release for ages and are too weak of will to wait for the year later port.

It's slated for a september release, and so far no PC version is announced.

Haha, yeah, by September both Half-Life 2 and Duke Nukem Forever are supposed to come out, too.

I think that Fable's hype is going to be its own demise, I wonder how long it took them to realize "oh **** we can't do all the stuff we promised?" but yet they kept acting like they were..slowly changing the size of the world to smaller, making less options available.

It still looks interesting, but i know theres no way it could compare to its original boasts of such things as "the world is bigger than morrowind" and such.

Lol Gable or AKA fable looks like crap and it sucks so I suggest you wait for TOS or Baten Kaitos .
