Title: New baddy for the next Zelda game is...
Post by: meldavid on June 09, 2004, 01:16:46 AM
*drum roll*
Miyamoto-san himself.
*tada*
The storyline:
Nintendo is failing as a company and has instructed Miyamoto to destroy Link's universe before the world discovers the truth... or worse, Hyrule learns about our world!!!
The world of Hyrule is in fact a real alternate universe. How else could a man dream up such a world? He had to have been there!
So Miyamoto steps into his portal once again, and reluctantly starts to elimate some of Hyrule's towns and inhabitants to the dark world with his own brand of magic.
Of course, the more time Miyamoto spends in Hyrule the more he forgets about his own world, and the more he becomes the potential destroyer of Hyrule Kingdom, even more powerful than Ganondorf himself. Ultimately Miyamoto takes on a form of madness, addicted to his own power.
The wise sages know what is happening and calls for the Hero of Time and all who is brave, to use the power of the Triforce and put a stop to Miyamoto's madness.. to restore not only peace... but the Kingdom of Hyrule itself.
*cue Zelda game tune*

There's real zelda news out there. Ya just hafta know where to look. For instance, did you know that in the upcoming Cube Zelda game Link allegedly has to save a Princess named Zelda? No, you did not. Now discuss the ramifications of this while I go burn stuff.

Even if that is true, one thing I can honestly say about the Zelda games is that they keep getting better with each incarnation. How many franchises can you say that about?

I just hope she's a little brighter this time, I was so upset when her triforce of wisdom didn't help her enough to realize that by revealing her identity she would be kidnapped... duh ... I didn't need some powerfull golden triangle to tell me that.

You mean in WW? Zelda only had a piece of it in WW. Tetra didn't even know she was Zelda until she got other part of the Triforce of Wisdom.

That was one of the coolest scenes in WW. Along with the rising of the Temple of the Gods, and every scene with Ganondorf. Oh and every scene with Valoo. Okay every scene in that game was pretty much amazing. ^_^
