Title: Tales of Symphonia Movie
Post by: Jonnyboy117 on April 23, 2004, 04:50:24 PM
In case you missed it too, here's the English trailer for GameCube's first truly major RPG.

This beautiful movie somehow slipped by us last week, but here it is in case you still haven't seen it.  The trailer is 45 seconds long and depicts cutscenes and gameplay footage from the English version of Tales of Symphonia.  There's no English voicework featured, but the text has been translated.  This is definitely one of the most beautiful GameCube titles yet, so it's worth checking out even if you aren't otherwise interested in the game.

your site is amazingly slow.  I'm downloading at 0.4 k/sec from the west coast right now off cable.  Anyhow, I hope they have the original japanese voices in the game.  I am tired of all these RPGs being dubbed (not subbed).  It subtracts from the original mood that the creators had in mind.

The English version will have English voices, they just haven't displayed them in public yet.  As for your download speed, I hope you were patient and waited it out...it probably got much faster eventually.  The download speed from our media site is extremely sensitive to the number of people downloading.  As other people finish or cancel their downloads, yours should get faster.  I have downloaded as fast as 15kbps from our media site, and I have a very slow cable setup, so I'm sure it can get even faster than that.

It took over half an our and I didn't even get the whole file. Otherwise I could have mirrored for awhile.
