That wasn't made by Nintendo, but by ACSII if I remember correctly. It's only really useful for Phantasy Star Online, though.

If it's made witrh the same "quality" as Mad Catz controllers and system selectors I've used, the keys will break within a week whether you use it a lot or not. Yes, I've seen Mad Catz system selectors break...that's sad.

Oh.... that must have slipped by lots of people, I don't remember seeing that on PGC or anywhere, for that matter. It was still an opportune time to bring up GCLinux again and you blew it :-P

We did report on the Datel keyboard when it was announced.
Linux aside, it's still good timing for Mad Catz, because PSO III is out soon.

This is good news for me, I haven't been able to find the Datel keyboard anywhere here on PEI so I've been keyboardless on Ep. I&II for over a year now. I don't see how no stores here wil carry this Mad Catz keyboard since it is a PS2 compatible device. If it was a GC only keyboard then I'd be worried.

Has this keyboard been released? This announcement is the only mention of the sharkboard I can find anywhere.
