Title: Scooby Doo! Night of 100 Frights...............help!

Hi. I need help with this game, its kinda bust up. I go to the tomb area before the green ghost boss battle, collect two keys for a gate, but the gate doesnt open! The keys dont show up at the top of the screen like other keys either. Help please.
