Title: NEW ZERO MISSION PICS!!!

Click here to check out some new pics from NP that were linked to at the gamefaqs.com forum. The quality of the pics is really bad but the pics themselves kick ass. If you were like me and felt that the Zero Mission Kraid blew then you will be very happy now because they completely redid his sprite and he kicks ass. Take a look here. I think he looks even better than the Super Metroid Kraid. He definitely looks more like the artwork for Super Metroid Kraid anyway.

Sorry about that. I don't know what browser you are using but you will need to use IE to look at the pics. The guy who made the pics stupidly made them text files and Mozilla will correctly display them as text files but IE takes a guess at what the file actually is and displays it as a jpeg. These pics are from the February issue of NP so I haven't had much luck finding better ones since most people don't have that issue yet.

Anyway this game sounds like it's going to kick ass. If you liked being chased around by the SA-X in Fusion you are going to love the Space Pirates in this game because apparently they have the same AI and will chase you around like the SA-X. Also much like Fusion there will be cutscenes but it sounds like they will mainly be used at the start of boss battles and the like. Also there will be no computer to tell where to go. You are completely on your own like previous Metroid games.

That's what it says on the nintendo.com Zero Mission page. Now just try and tell me it isn't a remake of the first game.

I'm using Opera, which usually doesn't have that problem. Ah well, I guess I'll have to use IE. :\ Thanks for the PNG file, too.

Also, it being a remake makes one more bet I've won with my friends.

You should definitely get Fusion, too Renny, if you can afford it- probably one of the best Gameboy games to date.

This game is definitely going to blow Fusion away and I have a feeling it could even top Super Metroid.

By the way thanks kingvudu for finding the better pics.

yea the way the missles are in the one pick kind of give it away, but its still going to be cool. I hope that there is less dialogue and character interaction and story than fusion(i wanna play and figure it out all by myself like a lone bounty hunter should)

Hahaha...Ok, ok, I admit defeat...

I actually found an interview which proved it was a sort of remake(as in completely new areas a la REmake) quite a while ago, but I was waiting to see if you would find anything... ^_^
