I'm starting to get a crap load of porn advertisements over AIM and I don't know why...its very very frustrating.  The only places I have my aim name posted in my profile is here and slashdot.  Does anyone else on here have this problem?  I don't like my girlfriend checking my ims and seeing juanita123451234 wants to suck my cock and has a video demonstration.....

up until last week i hadn't received a single one of those types of messages for the past year.  last week i received about 10 of them.  something fishy is going on.

I guess, i was really into slashdot a while ago...its gone downhill tremendously in the quality of posts.  There are by far more flame posts than anything else nowadays.

Funny conversation.  I actually prefer going to real chat rooms, though (www.poo.com) and making fun of the people that are there.  It's even more pathetic than bots.

yeah i made a thread about this last week and nothing has changed. I only get these messeges when my away messege is up.  My s/n is not in my profile or anywhere else and this is getting expremely annoying.

It is very annoying to get these messages.  The majority are late at night and when I am away.

I usually just close them but sometimes click Warn.  They waste 5-10 seconds of my day; not a big deal.
