I'm pretty sure this is a bannable offense...If it's not, it should be...

I am guessing they don't allow them to be registered twice...so trade away...

Every one is different, isn't it? And you should be banned. Illegal matters should be discussed in private

Eh, I don't think it's illegal- once you buy the game, the registration code is yours to do anything you want with, including give it out. It's no difference to Nintendo since the guy who bought the game doesn't want the code, and a guy who didn't buy the game does.

But sharing the code technically loses them a few bonus disks without proper revenue. Or whatever. They'd probably prefer if you didn't do it, though.
I dunno if I will or not. I'm not particularly eager to get the bonus disc, though it'd be nice to have. I've played most of the games it has on it already, so I'll live.

Like I said, though, the guy who bought the game doesn't want the code, so Nintendo would have lost a disc right there anyway. But since they're giving it to someone who didn't buy the game, Nintendo is picking up a bonus disc, so it balances itself out.

Its very unlikely that you can use the same pin # twice, so I'd advice not trading since someone could give you a bogus code for your real one. Plus, lets practice ethics people!

You can't use the same pin twice. If you could nintendo wouldn't have even bothered using pin numbers and we would be able to register all of our old games.
