Title: Gamecube S-Video Help
Post by: Chris1228 on September 17, 2003, 06:49:24 AM
I have a Samsung TV that I purchased about 2 and half years ago. It has an S-Video input. I have a gamecube with a 3rd party S-Video cable. When I try to play any games through the S-video mode on my TV, all of the colors are distorted by what looks like little digital blocks. All text, black and white, and gray appear fine. Whenever there is a block of color this distortion appears. The s-video on the TV is fine, I run my Satellite through that.

Has anyone seen this??? Does this mean that the cable is bad??? Do I need to spend $30 on a monster cable?

I would try another cable, take the one off the satellite and try that one.
