berto2k showed me these the other day (well not the 15 second fzero one, im DLing that now) and they are awsome! for someone whos soul calibur 2 and fzero are 1 and 2 months away respectively, they really... kick up the 'ME WANTEE' emotion a few notches!

has anyone noticed the platinum wavebird being used in the 30 second f zero commercial? does that mean its comin stateside? and or worldwide?

The platinum wavebird is out in and has been Japan for a while. You could inport it if you wanted. This commercial for SC2 and the fact that I haven't seen any commercials for the other version must be why this is the rankings of SC2 games versus all video game stuff on amazon.com

these ads are proof that yes nintendo can advertise, and advertise well! the f-zero GX add was on about 5-6 times the other night (berto2k was watching, i was here in australia)

I don't think they are advertising enough. I've only seen F-Zero and SCII commercials once in the last couple of weeks. The only place to see anything F-Zero is G4. They show it on "sneak peek" at least once every 1/2 hr. Has anyone else seen these commercials recently?

I saw the short F-Zero and SC2 ads ALL the time- I've seen the newer, longer ones quite a bit recently as well. I like this new approach from Nintendo- shorts spots showing highlights of upcoming games followed by full blown commercials really showcasing the game.

i feel sorry for Mexico...i mean its a nice country but there are soem things wrong with it that keep it from reching more potential. I think all of its problems stem from the united states perception of Mexico. The town inside in the heart of the country are really beautiful, But my god the border towns are shit. They really need to fix them up. Then also the other towns look like regular cities.

Hey, don't feel sorry. There were game ads but they suddenly stop. I don't know why, and the last one I saw was Zelda WW. Before that, almost every Nintendo game had an ad on Cartoon Network (LA) and MTV (LA). Also, there were a few ads for X-box games like Halo or DOA, but the last only a few weeks.
