same here bro. I was just about to start a thread about it lol. I have giftcards to best buy and toysrus so I'll be able to get both hopefully. However if my parentals don't let me get both I'm gonna have a real hard time deciding. pretty good review on ign... check it out everyone.

well fzero i would think would be the better single player game- there is a lot to do in the game through story mode, grand prix, and customizing vehicles- and getting everything will take a while too soul calibur 2 is the better choice for multiplayer- it is a fighting game, features good unlockables for single player, but the best is always fighting with someone else in vs. modes- nothing beats its great multiplayer features but the choice is up to you as always- both games will prove to be great choices

But doesn't SC2 only support two people while F-Zero can do up to four at a time? EH?

get F-Zero if ur into arcade racers, get SC2 if ur into Fighting games
or get one and get the other once u get more $$$$
im probably gonna get F-zero,since i dont like SC2 gameplay

I already preordered both. Today I played a demo of F-Zero in an electronics store (the Mute City level). Hoooly crap. The speed, control, and graphics are amazing, and left my brain feeling frazzled. If you only have money for one, get F-Zero.

Hm... I'm not really into racing games, but I don't like modern fighting games either. I think I'll get SC2 and hope it's not that modern (winner=the guy who can memorize most...).

I also preordered both F-Zero and SC2 a long time ago- I even got a free SC2 shirt with Ivy on the back. It's kind of odd the two games are coming out a day apart, so I'll probably pick them both up on the 28th.
KDR: While there are innumerous combos in Soul Calibur, and the best SC players out there are the ones who know every single one of them, you can do just fine and even be quite good using more basica moves that don't require any memorization. I never got into a lot of 2D fighters like Capcom vs. SNK because you sucked if you didn't know any combos, but I love Soul Calibur.

FZero all the way, more features, and so much more replay value... 4 player multiplayer they say you can spend countless hours just customizing your vehicles too
this ones a no brainer for me, i get tired after beating fighting games in a matter of a half hour, sure it has bonuses but it just gets old fast
I don't know why these are being released simultaneously... Fzero is just going to cut into SC 2 sales and vice versa, were gonna see SC 2 sell better on other systems despite having Link in it and once again Nintendo 1st party titles will be responsible for taking sales away from 3rd party games....seesh
