Getting closer to the one Switch per person goal.

The Japanese My Nintendo shop has added a new item which aims to widen the release of the Switch.
On their Japanese language Topics blog, Nintendo announced today that the cash store would begin selling a Switch for ¥24,980 (current Japanese Switch MSRP is ¥29,980) that would forego the dock, AC adapter, HDMI cable, and Joy-Con grip.
According to a translation of the blog entry, it is meant to be used as a second Switch.
This still sounds a little expensive. What is the individual cost in yen of the dock kit and the grip when they're sold separately?
Why not include the AC adapter?I think they figure people will just share the one adapter (and dock) from their first Switch in the household.
