Title: Sonic Pinball Party at Target
Post by: TheYoungerPlumber on August 04, 2003, 07:40:11 PM
Did you want a copy of Sonic Pinball Party but never made the purchase?  Then aim for your local Target!

Some of our American readers may be wondering why it’s so hard to find a copy of Sonic Pinball Party for the Game Boy Advance, which came out over two months ago.  One PGC reader, Knoxximus, was determined to get to the bottom of this and came to a startling discovery: according to Sega of America’s web site, Sonic Team’s Game Boy Advance pinball game can only be found in Target stores!

What is the upside to this odd exclusivity contract between Sega and the popular retailer?  Sonic Pinball Party is on sale for a mere $22.98!  Although not available in Target’s online catalogue, PGC has confirmed the low price at a local brick-and-mortar store, which had plenty of units in stock.

Aargh so that's why I can't find it anywhere in Canada. That really sucks for people who don't live near a Target store. I guess I'll have to go to Buffalo to buy it or win it on EBay.

This is very very very old news. But the price drop is new.

Yeah, I knew about this the day Pinball Party came out... It was in the ads and stuff like that. The recent price drop on the game is nice though...

Even with the price drop, is the game even worth it?
