Title: Mario Sunshine help please!!

for some strange reason, the rocket nozzle is not open in Gelato Beach
i have all 8 episodes complete and have found the 2 secret shines, so i thought the rocket nozzle would be available in this area
i need it to get 100+ coins!!! (ive tried all other episodes and the closest ive come is ~93 coins)
also -- am i missing something about camera angle usage? -- i keep trying and trying to look up at the sun to get to noki bay, but it will not fully come onto my screen -- is there a trick to this that i am missing??
btw -- i also posted this in the mario forums -- im new to these boards so i apologize if i am putting this in the wrong forum -- please redirect if i am doing so

Hey, where is the jet propellor nozzle in Noki Bay? Is there one? Hmmmm...... What is wrong with the camera? Are you pressing Y? If you are, then i have no idea what's going on.

1) You might not have unlocked Noki Bay yet...
2) Yep, there sure is a propeller. You know that ledge that you jump off of near the waterfall to fight the giant eel? It's stuck in a nook right below it. You need to just fall off that ledge and hover over to that nook.

any tips on getting the giant watermelon to the docks, without it exploding or the guys crushing it?

All you really have to do is just push it down, but watch out which way you push it though, because if it hits a wall it'll pop. Oh and and watch out for those things that throw you up in the air, they can pop it too. It'll probably take you a few tries, but it's not to hard.

the rocket nozzle is still invisible in gelato beach so i cant use it
again -- i have completed all of the episodes and have the 2 bonus shines (i have 83 overall)
what in the heck am i missing to activate that rocket nozzle!!??!???!
