Let's hope our US viewers don't go too deep into the turkey coma.

With the United States celebrating Thanksgiving tomorrow, the unofficial kickoff to the holiday shopping season known as Black Friday is about to kick off. But is there much worth going for in a relatively light year for Nintendo overall?
The eShop is going to have its deals - as of press time, the cyber deals have already kicked off for North America. But there's some deals to be had for both hardware and software, including the game-free New 3DS releasing just in time. We've sifted through ads upon ads to find the best deals, and encourage you to check back here or on @Nintendo_NWR on Twitter as we beam out late-breaking deals from the likes of Amazon.
Does anyone know if the $25 Twilight Princess includes the wolf Link Amiibo?
I'm disappointed, I wish Nintendo would follow the lead of the physical retailers on their eshop sales. I had about $150 put aside for discounted games but now I'm not going to spend any of it. I'm questioning my commitment to only buying digital games given the Amazon/Bestbuy/Target sales, but I really like the idea of having everything in one place.
A couple of the digital sales look appealing also; Mega Man Legends (3DS) in particular.Only Capcom would pretend to cancel Mega Man Legends 3 and then stealth release it 5 years later when everyone forgot about it.

(Not really. I'd argue that Legacy is a much better game, since I love old-school NES action games.)Well sure, a game that exists is better than one that was never released!

...
Not for some fans. Metroid Dread > Federation Force. Star Fox 2 > Star Fox Zero. DK Bongo Blast > Donkey Kong Barrel Blast. Paper Mario: Sticker Star pre-Miyamoto table flip > Paper Mario: Sticker Star actually released product. Project H.A.M.M.E.R. > Any Nintendo IP Sequel game.
The evidence is clear. Non-existent games are better and more fun.
Star Fox 2 > Star Fox Zero.I probably should have used different terms. Star Fox 2 is different from those other examples in that it does exist, just unreleased. I've played the most complete beta available, and it's actually a pretty neat game... better than Star Fox 1 and probably is better than Zero...
