Title: Ex-CING Staff Reunite For New 3DS eShop Title

Arc System Works is publishing a new 3DS eShop title in Japan with a great development history.

-Chase- Mikaiketsu Jiken Sousaka ~Tooi Kioku~ (-Chase- The Unsolved Cases Section – A Faraway Memory~) is being directed by Taisuke Kanasaki, who directed Hotel Dusk: Room 215 and designed characters for Hotel Dusk, its sequel Last Window and the Trace Memory series. Several other former CING employees are also involved in the title, a "hard boiled" detective story with "flashy" production values.

Chase will release in Japan this summer, with no word yet on an international release.

Oh wow! Another release from ex-Cing staff who put out the excellent Hotel Dusk and Last Window?  Awesome.


Oh wait, it's a digital-only eShop release? Well, I guess that's probably cheaper for them... but comes close to killing my interest.
