Title: RFN New Business Preview: Tube Slider
Post by: Crimm on September 02, 2015, 03:49:00 PM

What happens when a game's legacy is limited to using its title in double entendre?

The Summer of "Too Hot for Games" brought to you by Nintendo of America is nearly over. We're now barreling at top speed towards important releases like Super Mario Maker. Sadly, Radio Free Nintendo is a 52-week-a-year operation, so James Jones needs content for New Business. Next in the chute was ND Cube classic Tube Slider! Hilarious name aside, it's another futuristic GameCube racing game. This one's gimmick is it all takes place in an enclosed tubes. No course-outs. No alternate paths. Just tubes. Check out the video below where James builds his legacy as a Tube Sliding legend.

For more on Tube Slider, Runbow, Sin and Punishment, Mega Man X4, and more check out Radio Free Nintendo Episode 443, available this Sunday.

That jump in difficulty looks miserable.

Neat idea for a game, but all those tubes tracks blend together.

Is there any game explanation for why the future Netherlands are a Japanese race track colony?

The game has been talked about so much on RFN, makes sense to have some substance to it this time.
