It's in japanese, but the masterful level design pierces language barriers.
So much truth! I can see this being a true example of that "Nintendo Magic"

I honestly didn't understand the premise when this was first announced. I thought Toad moved automatically, and you had to manipulate the board in order for him to reach his goal, like Lemmings. But this looks phenomenal. There is so much potential for intelligent game design, it really is quite masterful.

That sounds like a confession you haven't played Super Mario 3D World, i.e, the greatest Mario game ever, yet? I won't lie seeing this announced at E3 was what pushed me into getting a Wii U, this game has to do well.

I guess it is, but in my defense, I don't own a Wii U. Just haven't felt the need to pick one up yet. I'm just now going through my Wii backlogue.

These levels we've seen, but never played through completely. Can't wait for Captain Toad. Just a month from now!

Direct trailer was kinda spoilerrific: they had two second footage of of each of the 70 levels going one after another.
Good thing i forgot most of them, but some were too cool to not to notice, like Donkey Kong arcade level.

I kind of doubt there's going to be just 70 levels. This is a Tokyo EAD game so I'd imagine they'll be quite a few unlockable levels that weren't shown during the Direct. And of course there'll be the final super hard level that only becomes available after you've 100% everything else that will make you want to smash your head through the wall.
So I'd say there'll still be quite a few surprises left to see.

Oh i know there will be more. I am counting on it.
It's just feels like with this trailer and laters 50 Smash bros facts video there is a tendency for them to overwhelm viewers with barrage of stuff with counter in the corner.

It blows my mind how consistently great and packed with creative ideas EAD Tokyo's games are. I would love to visit them for a day just to see what goes on in there.

You should let them know we need some new IP's while you're at it.

This game is like a evolution of one-screen arcade puzzle platformers, like Donkey Kong or Nuts and Milk, only made in 3d. Each level is a small limited cube with bunch of secret routes and stuff hidden in there.

I played a little bit of the Dragon Boss stage on the Best Buy demo booth. The left stick on the GamePad was messed up so I kept dying on some of the thinner ledges close to the top. Otherwise the platforming felt great and the feel is very similar to the stages on 3D World. I am very excited for this game.

Fence sitters should fly to their local Game Store and check out the demo. It will remove any doubt you may have about the game.
