I would also like to thank Khushrenada for being the only person with posts I actually want to read on this forum.

I kept wavering as to whether I should make a snarky reply like Insanolord or something genuine like normal posters would do. In the end, I decided to be me and do both.

Thus, I'll thank Mop it up who, over the years, has been the person to provide me with the most assistance when needed. Most of my requests might not have been too difficult or seemed very serious in their nature. Yet, regardless of their importance, she has often stepped up and taken the time to assist in answering them and that is much appreciated. She is a great member of these forums and even though time and other duties (like Pixlbit) have reduced the amount of her posting, she still keeps checking in and making worthwhile comments. If you wanted to copy someone to be a better poster or contributer to these forums, it is very hard to find a better example to imitate than Mop it up's.

As a serious reply, I'd like to say with all the shitty things going on in the gaming community right now, this is a great place to be. We mock it sometimes, but this is a really good group of people who are largely very civil and respectful of each other and is just a great environment in which to discuss games and other things.

I agree. When I see all that **** about Zoe Quinn and Phil Fish getting hacked, I'm glad I can come to NWR where the biggest thing we need to talk about is Nicki Minaj's ass and the Smash Bros. leak which is obviously fake. ;)

I don't have one particular poster I'd like to thank, but I would like to thank the NWR community as a whole for offering so many varied and interesting perspectives on the culture of video games. You might think that because the people who frequent this site are all Nintendo fans, they would be a relatively homogeneous group; but the discussions and debates spawned by the NWR community prove that there's a lot of diversity and knowledge amongst the broad group we call 'Nintendo fans'.

Anyway, that's enough self aggrandisement. Let's go back to bickering!
