Aurelien Regard shows us the ropes on the initial PC build.

The Next Penelope is a new racing game from Aurelien Regard, who is the former co-founder of Arkedo Studio. The flashy game promises to be quite a spectacle, though it will be a while before it comes to the Wii U. The game is scheduled to appear in 2015 for the platform, but we are here to soften the blow. Please enjoy two gameplay clips for the PC build of this lovely title!

That's cool. Obvious influence of SNES F-Zero.

Though i do wish they didn't have time slowing down mechanic, because that is obviously not gonna work in multiplayer. Providing they're gonna do multi at all.
