Title: Killer Instinct Lives?
Post by: gizmo on June 18, 2003, 06:01:39 PM
Hi, this is my first post here on this website. You guys seem like a knowledgeable bunch that might be able to help me answer a question that I have not seen any clear answers too.
Killer Instincts was one of my favourite games for the N64. The music, the style, and the combo system all came in one good complete bundle.
When Rare was bought out by x-box, we all new knew of which game mascots were no longer with nintendo (ex: perfect dark, conker, banjo-kazooie). However, no one really mentioned anything about Killer Instincts. Is it part of Rare or Nintendo? If it is still part of Nintendo, have they even mentioned anything about releasing an updated version for the Cube?

Killer Instinct, and all of Rare's other franchises still belong to Rare. End of story.

Ahhh... Killer Instinct. Fun game, ULTRA Combo!
My friend has the arcade version in an original cabinate. Its pretty sweet. I kick his ass everytime we play. He always plays Glacius and I cheap him out with Orchid.
