I may write for this Nintendo website, but to be quite honest, unless Nintendo hold’s another Nintendo Direct the majority of my gaming attention is being placed on Sony this week. Hate me all you want, but the PlayStation 4 is kind of a big deal. Don't be sad though, Super Mario 3D World and A Link Between Worlds are just around the corner, so my attention won't be divided for very long.

Wii U

Barbie Dreamhouse Party - $39.99, November 12

Customize you dream character in order to play dream mini-games in this new dream video game from dream toy company Mattel. Based on a Barbie web series, this game is available on all Nintendo platforms this week  

DuckTales Remastered - $19.99, November 12

If you haven’t downloaded DuckTales Remastered on the Wii U eShop, now is your chance to own it on disc. It is $5 more expensive, but it is a good opportunity for people into having physical game collections.

Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games - $49.99, November 15

Also available in a Wii Remote Plus bundle, Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games brings all the fun of the Olympics to your Wii U without the incredibly cold temperatures and NBC commentary. I reviewed this game and liked it, although the online multiplayer is very disappointing.

Disney’s releasing a new animated movie, so of course a tie-in game for Nintendo handhelds is coming too. Starring the lovable snowman, or snow something Olaf, you go on a quest of some kind. Exhilarating, right?

Barbie: Life In the Dreamhouse is actually a great show.

Nothing at retail, but I've got it committed to mammary to pick up Senran Kagura on the eShop on Thursday. (h/t Tyler for that line)

I'm interested in Mario & Sonic just for the Dream Events and new musical arrangements, but I'll probably hold off.
