Nintendo didn't forget about Zelda fans that already own a Wii U.

GameStop will be offering a Ganondorf figure with certain physical copies of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD.

This figure is going to be bundled in the game's packaging and is likely limited edition. This special bundle does have a premium cost of $54.99, five dollars more than the standard edition.

It is likely, though unconfirmed, that the Ganondorf figure is the same one shown in a European trailer for the bundle in that region. A picture of the European bundle, including their Ganondorf figure, is what is pictured on this page.

So I went to my local gamestop to preorder my copy with the ganondorf figure.  I was already getting the game anyways. Once I get there I telk the guy I'm there to preorder the version with the statue and the guy was rude as hell, telling me he didn't know what I was talking about. I tell him aren't there two versions one just being the game itself which is 49.99, and the other which is 59.99. He just rolls his eyes and tells me that he knows there's only one version for 59.99 and its just the game itself. Anyone know if the statue version is exclusive to gamestop, if not I'll probably buy it somewhere else. Screw gamestop.

I just don't trust them anymore. Ever since the original Ocarina of Time preorder, they've been accreting me with bonuses. The last time I did business with them was Fragile Dreams because of the preorder bonus soundtrack.. They acted me out of that and I stopped buying anything there.

If the guy was being rude it only men's one of two things:

He's an uninformed idiot who doesn't want to feel inferior because he doesn't want you to know something he doesn't..

Or he's trying to get your money for the game but keep the figure himself (or to sell)

Dunno if it's exclusive to GameStop, but the site says it is.

Why is Gamestop store on-line selling it at 59.99 when the press release has it at 54.99?  I want to pre-order it on-line but I don't like getting ripped off.
