Yep, it's like Animal Crossing except it's looking after your farm instead of your town/house.
You gotta grow and maintain crops along with farm animals, and make friends on the farm of course. In many of the games, you gotta get married...
It's gonna be good.
Anyone know how the multiplayer works?

the GB and SNES games (only ones in the series i have played) were awsomely simple yet hard games, growing crops, tending to animals, getting a girlfriend (yay me i never got one but i did have a toolshed... ahem) makeing your house bigger, oh its great
if it sounds like you dont like it you probably wont BUT should try it before you judge it, to hear "farm simulator" doesn't exactly sound enthralling, but well.. it is ^_^

I'll go with PIAC here. I grew up on a farm. I hate farming. I liked Harvest Moon. Give it a try even if you think you might hate it.

It's fairly limited, unlike AC, but it's very original. It's almost a labor of love. I find the H.M series difficult, monotonous, severly repeditive, and lacking, but I think it's an unwritten rule you gotta own at least one version of the game. It looks like they've added alot of new stuff for cube, so I'm probably gonna check it out.
