Title: We're back!

After nearly three days of server problems, we're finally back online...and should stay that way.

Other than a few very brief, sporadic periods of uptime, PGC has been out of commission for the past two or three days.  Now, thanks to the hard work by Adam, Jonathan, and the other good folks at our hosting service, we're finally back online in full.  Special thanks to Justin Nation, Josh Hogan, and everyone else who lent us their expertise to get the site working again.

Now it's time for us on the staff to work hard...we've got a lot of catching up to do!  Luckily, we stayed pretty busy during the downtime, and you'll see quite a few articles posted over the weekend.  Also, don't miss our free E3 movies, as more will be added to the list on a regular basis.  Do us a favor and help spread the word with your gamer friends, as we don't have a newsletter or anything to announce our return.

Please note that there will be no Planet Trivia or Radio Trivia tonight, since many people won't know we're back online until it would be very short notice or just too late.

I am still having problems connecting to the new server. It seems to be dropping most connection attempts. Is this just because the server is very busy or is there still another problem?

EDIT: How did my post manage to get up here?????? :-S

Phew....  I have been refreshing this link for like 2 days straight.  It's good to be home.    I was starting to go through withdrawal.  I would get brief flashes of it working... but I am glad that now it seems to be working... more consistently.

I've figured out how I've done it! First of all, do not try and post above the newspost. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth. There is no newspost.

I think that means it doesn't work since there isn't a thread about it.

I think you're right, ssj4.  I'm going to consult Rick and find out what to do about it.  I really want the movies to be available tonight; you guys have waited long enough.  Until then, check out the new preview and impressions, and we'll have other content going up as well.

*sigh*.  So much for the server staying up...  I have been trying to get here all day, and it's finally working... slowly.

I have been having to read IGNCube while PGC has been down, and their stupidity is starting to infect me!  arggh!

i actually had to play some video games while PGC was down! shocking!

actually i played some PC games that i haven't played/haven't played in ages (just got a.. erm... possibly underhandedly aquiered version of Vice City, i cant kill the guy who delivers pizzas )

Yeah it drove me nuts. I was using the site up until 4am and then I went to bed when I woke I couldn't get on it any more.(Also there seems to be a few hicups I couldn't get on right away tonight.)
