Layton's final outing will get an English release in 2014.

Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy, the third in the prequel trilogy of games and the sixth game overall, has been given a European launch schedule for later this year, while US fans have to wait until some time in 2014.

The game will feature over 500 puzzles, and is said to be the final game in the series to star Professor Layton himself as the main protagonist.

The Japanese version of the game - "Professor Layton and the Legacy of Super Civilization A" - was released in February this year.

I'm hoping for a late 2014 release, actually... with Phoenix Wright x Ace Attorney in the late 2013 slot.
