Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D will be coming to Europe on May 24, according to the Nintendo of Europe Twitter account. UPDATE: Nintendo of America's Facebook page posted this picture, revealing a May 24 release date.
Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, which was revealed at the Nintendo Direct conferences on February 14, is a port of the hit Wii game from 2010. The platformer was originally developed by Retro Studios, but the 3D remake is being programmed from the ground up by Monster Games.
North American and Japanese release dates are not known at the time of writing, but the game was previously slated for a summer release, even though May 24 isn't technically the summer.
