Title: GBA SP Battery Memory.
Post by: MarioFoxZelda on June 01, 2003, 06:26:50 AM
Before you delete/lock this I am putting it here because no one in the GBA section is answering and there is no1 in there, plus I think they are all to young to know in the first place, and I have to go somewhere soon so I need this answered quickly. Thanks. QUESTION: Am I able to charge my battery on the GBA SP whenever I want to without fear of it losing some of it life. I know that with some rechargable batteries if you charge them when they are not fully drained they work for a shorter and shorter amount of time overall. Does this happen with the GBA SP? Please don't lock for now.

Yes, to some degree, but not enough that it would seriously affect the machine. Don't make a practice of it unless necessary, though.

GBASP uses lithum batteries..NiCad are the oens that loose some lastign tiem everytime they are recharged...i was gonna say i worry about the same thing you do..but they use lithium batteries for camera and stuff and they tend to last a long time and not have the same problem as normal Nickle Cadmium batteries.

Sorry, but that does not justify you cross-posting or posting out of area. If people don't know, then they don't know.
