The comical role-playing adventure series starring Mario and Luigi is returning for its fourth installment on Nintendo 3DS this summer.
The game, titled Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, features Luigi as the central character, with the adventure taking place within his dreams.
As the story progresses, the player is presented with a sleeping image of Luigi's face on the touch screen, which can be poked, prodded, and otherwise played with to alter and manipulate the world inside Luigi's head.
This will be the first game in the series to be presented using 3D character models as opposed to 2D sprites.
The news comes from today's Nintendo Direct conference as part of Nintendo's new "Year of Luigi" campaign.
