Wii U Party?

A new game in the Wii Party series was announced during the latest Nintendo Direct.

Though the game doesn't have a final title yet, it is expected to launch this summer, and incorporate a mini-game structure similar to that of the original Wii Party. The game also includes mini-games that use only the GamePad.

That dueling pinball game played by two people on the gamepad looked clever.

If this uses the GamePad in interesting ways, I might be interested in it. Especially since the wife has been into Wii U, and I think she might like this.

I'm in.

Had lots of fun with Wii Party with my friends.

It may look sterile compared to Mario Party, but it's also neutral. There are people who cringe at the mere sight of red cap with M on it. "What is this? Some Mario shovelware? I aint gonna play kiddie games!". Yet with Wii-line game, it's okay.

It will probably the only minigame collection game i will have for Wii U.
