The update to Trine 2: Directors Cut on Wii U is stuck in the submission process.
According to the blog of the Finnish game developer, Frozenbyte, the hope is the update for North America and Europe to see a release by the end of January. Also expected by the end of January is a release of the game in Australia and New Zealand.
When asked about a retail release of the game on YouTube, Frozenbyte responded, "It's a possibility... we'd need a partner for it though, so even if we decide to go for it, it will in any case take a lot of time to arrange, so it's hard to say when it could happen... we'll see!"
Trine 2: Directors Cut is available on the North American and European eShop.
You don't have to use the touchscreen to play this game with the gamepad, so why the Pro Controller wishes?
I never get why anyone holds the controller up to their face when playing. It seems more natural to have it down by your waist, the only way I would see the screen is if I specifically looked down at it.
